The Aspire ONE D270 is a beautiful netbook. Unfortunately, most Linux distributions can not currently -- as of September 2013-- run it, as they do not have drivers to work with its Cderview graphics. Before trying to install any of the many distributions of Linux, make sure that it's kernel [kind of like the powertrain in a vehicle] was built kmvZ.
